30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required.

Returns will only be accepted after you receive confirmation and return instructions from our team.
Please do not send items back without prior approval — they will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The fastest way is to return your item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
