At Wild Camping Pro, we’re committed to getting your gear delivered safely and quickly, so you can hit the outdoors with confidence.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (Contiguous 48 states)

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (available at checkout for select items)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping on most orders over $200 (before tax) within the US.
  • Orders below $200 will be charged shipping fees based on weight and destination — calculated at checkout.

Oversized & Freight Items

Products such as rooftop tents and large shelters are classified as oversized freight and may require additional handling time.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only.
  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment anytime using the carrier’s website.

Shipping Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@wildcampingpro.com with photos of the damage. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right.
